FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE—The members of the True companies of Casper, Wyoming, have announced that they have acquired the assets of Measurement Services of Belfield, North Dakota.  The new company will be operated as Measurement Services, LLC of Belfield, North Dakota.  This endeavor will add an additional independent company to the True companies’ portfolio of oilfield, financial, and agricultural related companies located in the Rocky Mountain region.

H.A. “Dave” True was selected to be in the inaugural class of the Wyoming Business Hall of Fame.
