Casper, WY (Dec. 24, 2019) – The True companies are proud to announce the promotion of Kevin Cook to General Counsel effective January 1, 2020.
Kevin graduated from the University of Wyoming College of Law in 1999. He then came to work with True Oil LLC July 1, 2005. He has been a practicing attorney for over 20 years. Kevin has been instrumental in our Law Department serving the True companies in numerous legal capacities in the various industries in which we continue to operate.
Former General Counsel, Jack Blomstrom, will continue working for the True companies, relinquishing his duties as he steps into the Senior Legal Counsel role and Kevin assumes the position of General Counsel of the True companies. In his new role as General Counsel, Kevin will be responsibile for overseeing the Legal Department, including the Environmental, Security and Insurance groups.
The True companies consist of several companies operating in the oil & gas, transportation, banking and agriculture industries primarily operating in the rocky mountain region.
