The members of the True companies of Casper, Wyoming have announced that they have acquired the assets of Measurment Services of Belfield, North Dakota. The new company will be operated as Measurement Services, LLC of Belfield, North Dakota. This endeavor will add an additional independent company to the True companies’ portfolio of oilfield, financial, and agricultural related companies located in the Rocky Mountain area.
The privately held True companies are industry leaders in a number of areas. For nearly 70 years, they have been a staple in the North Dakota, Montana, and Wyoming oil regions, serving a broad base of customers in exploration, drilling, midstream marketing and logistics, and drilling supplies. The new venture with Measurement Services adds an exciting level of technical depth for its customers.

Mr. Miller will remain with the new company as consultant and mentor, providing training and expertise for the team and its customers. The company will remain located in Belfield, North Dakota.
