Security & Maintenance Personnel Team- Glenrock, Wyoming

These positions are best suited for a couple who will live full time on the property in a single family dwelling.  These positions are for very motivated people who are willing and able to complete many tasks and work with little direct supervision. These positions are responsible for monitoring and maintaining buildings, fences and grounds to prevent unauthorized access of specific properties on the VR and Bixby Ranches, including houses, buildings, affiliated properties, grounds, equipment, machinery, and security/utility systems; and taking direction from and coordinating with the Ranch Foreman on work schedules and maintenance activities. Minimum requirements include a high school diploma with three (3) years of related work experience or training and/or equivalent combination of education and experience; possession of a valid driver’s license with a good MVR; ability to work outdoors in all types of weather, on hard surfaces, and uneven terrain; ability to climb to and work at heights of up to twenty-five (25) feet; safely operate machinery, equipment, power and hand tools; safely work with chemicals and cleaning agents; ability to perform moderate to heavy lifting and carrying of equipment, supplies, furniture, and miscellaneous items weighing up to seventy-five (75) pounds; and English language fluency, verbal and written.  Must pass pre-employment background check, credit check, and drug/alcohol test.
