HR Compliance and Recruiting Specialist - Casper, Wyoming

This position works closely with the Human Resources Supervisor to administer compliance programs such as FMLA, ADA, FLSA, etc. Assists with advertising, open positions, reviewing applicants, as well as interviewing processes. Completes data entry, record maintenance, answering phones, and inquiries from outside the companies. Good working knowledge of current HR laws and regulations; State and Federal (including Affirmative Action Plans (AAP), Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA), Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA), Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), Department of Labor (DOL), Federal Civil Rights Laws, etc. Assists with providing information to other employees regarding policies and other information. Minimum requirements include English language fluency, an Associate’s Degree in a related business field and two years related experience; or four to six years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and related experience. This position is ideally suited for someone with experience in assisting with the Human Resources compliance of FMLA, ADA, FLSA, EEO, DOL, etc. Oil and gas experience preferred. Position requires pre-employment credit check, background check, and drug screen.
