Business Systems Director - Casper, Wyoming

This position is responsible for and oversees that all Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS), payroll, benefits and treasury systems function continuously and are in good working order.  Solves  departmental information requirements by studying business functions; analyzing business systems requirements; constructing workflow charts and diagrams; studying system capabilities; identifying systems and user problems; preparing and overseeing project plans and timelines; working with 3rd party implementation teams; writing documentation. Work with Departmental Directors to improve systems by studying industry best practices; designing system modifications; coordinating project planning and system implementations.  Ideal candidate should have sound working knowledge of human resources, benefits, payroll defined benefits and treasury concepts; must have experience with Oracle HR, Payroll E-Business suite line of products. Minimum requirements include a Bachelor's Degree in a related area and 4-8 years of experience in the field or in a related area.  Position requires pre-employment credit check, pre-employment background check, and pre-employment drug screen.
