Accounting Supervisor Pipelines – Casper, Wyoming

This is a full-time position that is responsible for playing a key role in the monthly, quarterly and year-end financial accounting processes and reporting, to include forecasting/budgeting processes. Heavy involvement will be required during year-end / tax season activities in the preparation of work papers and jurisdictional reports. Fixed asset tracking – acquisitions and disposals, preparation of cost of service analyses, preparation of forecasts of revenue, expenses, and CAPEX, reviewing of AP vouchers, preparing of monthly journal vouchers and adjusting journal entries, reconciling general ledger accounts, preparing monthly financial statements, creating expense and CAPEX pivot files, year-end jurisdictional reprinting (FERC, PSC, State), reviewing property tax appraisals, tracking pipe miles and line pipe inventory; payroll costing; supervising personnel employed to assist with accomplishing tasks listed above. Minimum requirements include a four (4) year degree in accounting or finance preferred but not required; and two (2) years of experience and/or training with oil and gas experience preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Must pass pre-employment background check, credit check, and drug/alcohol test.
