| 1 c. | Vanilla Ice Cream |
| 1/4 c. | Milk |
| Chocolate syrup to taste | |
| 1 jigger | Vodka |
| Put all ingredients in
blender and whirl until smooth. Pour into 2 on-the-rocks glasses. Serves
2.

Sour Dough Beef Dip |

| 8 oz. | Cream Cheese, softened |
| 1 c. | Sour cream |
| 4 oz. | Chipped beef, chopped |
| 1/4 c. | Green onion, chopped |
| Dash | Worcestershire sauce |
| 2 T. | Green pepper, chopped |
| 1 | 8" round load sour dough bread |
| 1/4 t. | Garlic Salt |
| Cut top off bread and
carefully scoop out, making sure not to poke holes clear through loaf.
Combine remaining ingredients and fill bread shell with mixture. Put lid
that you cut off back on top of load. Wrap in foiled and bake at 300°
for 1-1/2 hours. Use soft bread pieces that you pulled out to dip in hot
mixture. |

Haystack Eggs |

| 1 - 3/4 oz. | Can shoestring potatoes |
| 4 | Eggs |
| 4 oz. (1 c.) | Shredded Cheddar Cheese |
| 6 slices | Bacon, crisply cooked, crumbled |
| Heat oven to 350°. Butter
8" or 9" glass pie plate or round baking dish. Spread
shoestring potatoes evenly over bottom of pan. Make 4 indentations into
potatoes down to bottom of dish, each about 1-1/2" across. Carefully
break 1 egg into each indentation. Bake for 8-10 minutes or
until eggs are almost set. Sprinkle with bacon and cheese. Return to
oven; bake until cheese melts and eggs are set. Cut into 4 wedges. Serve
immediately. |

Rosy Peach Ring |

| 1 c. | Applesauce |
| 2 - 3 oz. pkgs | Strawberry flavor gelatin |
| 2 c. | Ginger Ale |
| 1/2 c. | Orange juice |
| 1 (1 lb. 14oz) can | Sliced peaches, drained and chopped |
| Heat applesauce and gelatin in small saucepan stirring until gelatin is dissolved. Remove from heat. Stir in ginger ale and orange juice. Chill until thick and syrupy. Fold in peaches. Pour into lightly oiled 7-cup ring mold. Chill until set. Makes 8 to 10 servings. |

One-Dish Chicken 'n Broccoli Bake |

| 3 c. | Shredded cheddar cheese |
| 1-1/2 c. | Cut-up cooked chicken |
| 2/3 c. | Chopped onion |
| 1 pkg. (10 oz) | Frozen chopped broccoli, thawed and drained |
| 1-1/3 c. | Milk |
| 3 | Eggs |
| 3/4 c. | Bisquick baking mix |
| 3/4 t. | Salt |
| 1/4 t. | pepper |
| Heat oven to 400°. Mix 2
cups of the cheese, the chicken, onion and broccoli in greased pie plate
10"x1-1/2". Beat remaining ingredients except cheese until
smooth, 15 seconds in blender on high or 1 minute with hand beater. Pour
into plate. Bake until knife inserted in center comes out clean, 25 to
35 minutes. Top with remaining cheese. Bake just until melted, 1 to 2
minutes. |

Coca Cola Cake |

Cake |
| 2 c. | Sugar |
| 2 c. | Flour |
| 10 oz. | Coca Cola or Pepsi |
| 3 T. | Cocoa |
| 1 c. | Butter or margarine |
| 1-1/2 c. | Miniature marshmallows |
| 1/2 c. | Buttermilk |
| 1 t. | Baking Soda |
| 1 t. | Vanilla |
| 2 | Eggs, beaten |
| Sift together 2 cups sugar, 2 cups flour and set aside. On top of stove in saucepan mix Coca Cola, cocoa, and butter, bring to a boil. Take off stove and immediately pour in marshmallows, stir until marshmallows are melted. Add buttermilk, baking soda, vanilla and eggs. Add sugar and flour mixture. Pour into 9" x 13" pan, bake at 350° for 40 minutes or until done. Make sure cake is completely cooled before frosting. |

| 1/2 c. | Butter or Margarine |
| 1 t. | Vanilla |
| 2 c. | powered sugar |
| Chopped nuts (optional) |
| In saucepan, mix Coca
Cola, cocoa and butter, bring to a boil. Add vanilla, powered sugar and
nuts. Pour frosting on cake while frosting is still hot.
