DIRECTOR
OF BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT – We are looking for a Director of Business Development to spearhead the company’s expanding presence. Directs activities related to marketing, bidding and negotiating contracts for True Drilling LLC. Interacts with customers to ensure existing business is retained and new business opportunities are developed. Works with operations group to assist in contract compliance and operation, acts as liaison between company and operators. Excellent customer relation skills, skilled in Microsoft Office programs, knowledge of drilling operations, and superior written and verbal skills are required. Proven business development skills, minimum of 3 years experience in business-to-business marketing, and 5 years of Drilling operations are desired. Position requires moderate travel. PILOT
– Primary responsibilities consist of piloting company owned aircraft to transport company officials and/or customers, and flying pipeline patrol. Must have commercial with instrument rating ASEL, AMEL King Air 200 &/or 350 PIC experience preferred. 2500 TT 750 AMEL required. Successful candidates must be a U.S. Citizen and able to pass a detailed background and drug /alcohol screen.
